Pros:

Worked at the Random House division ( specifically Double Day Book club) implementing technology solutions.

Inspite of being a publishing house, their technology systems were up to date. Implemented some cutting edge E-Commerce Solutions. The people I worked with were smart and knew what they were doing. The "blame game" was what dragged to project down.

Located in mid town Manhattan, it was a great location for a traveling consultant.

Cons:

Politics, Politics, Politics and consequently things never got done. There was a lot of blame game and as a consultant was glad to finish the assignment and get out of there.
